RYNEXT AI ("we," "us," "our") provides AI-generated video, image, and caption content to customers through our website and app. This policy explains what information we collect, why, and how it's handled.
When you create an account or place an order, we collect:

We do not collect or store your payment card details. Payments are processed entirely by Stripe, a third-party payment processor — we never see or store your card number.

If you use the RYNEXT AI mobile app and allow notifications, we store a device token so we can tell you when an order is ready. You can turn notifications off at any time in your device settings.
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with the service providers listed above, strictly as needed to operate RYNEXT AI, and where required by law.
We retain account and order data for as long as your account is active, or as needed to provide our services and comply with legal obligations. You can delete your account yourself at any time from your dashboard ("Delete my account"), which removes your orders, uploaded files and delivered content, or you can ask us to do it by contacting us (below). We may keep payment records for bookkeeping and legal reasons, with your name and email removed. Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription bought through Apple or Google; you cancel that in your store's subscription settings.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data, or to object to certain uses of it. To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details below.
RYNEXT AI is a service for businesses and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children.
We may update this policy from time to time. We'll update the "Last updated" date above when we do.
